Frequently Asked Questions
Will this Brembo part fit my 1996-2002 Dodge Viper GTS?
That application is listed, but confirm the front or rear position, factory brake package, rotor diameter and design, caliper type, wheel clearance, production split, and every Brembo application note before ordering.
Should brake components be replaced in axle pairs?
Friction parts are normally serviced in axle sets to maintain balanced braking. Follow the vehicle service procedure and inspect the opposite side, calipers, hoses, hardware, wheel bearings, and brake fluid before installation.
What should be checked before installing this Brembo part?
Compare every component and part number, verify wheel and caliper clearance, inspect mounting and sealing surfaces, measure rotor and hub runout when applicable, use specified torque values, bleed the system correctly, and follow the required bedding procedure.
Installation Instructions
Follow the current Brembo instructions and factory service information for this exact part number. Support the vehicle safely, compare all parts before removal, clean and inspect mounting surfaces, verify runout and wheel clearance, replace one-time hardware and seals as required, use specified torque values, bleed with the correct fluid, check for leaks and free wheel rotation, complete the required bedding procedure, and recheck operation before road use. Professional brake installation is strongly recommended.
