Installation Instructions
- Allow the exhaust to cool completely and raise the vehicle securely on a lift or rated jack stands.
- Apply penetrating oil to the front joint fasteners and hanger isolators before removal.
- Support the original system, disconnect it near the last catalytic converter and remove the old sections from the hangers.
- Lay out the new kit beside the original exhaust and confirm the pipe routing and muffler positions.
- Install the front section with the correct supplied gasket and start the fasteners by hand.
- Fit the remaining sections with the clamps loose enough to allow alignment, then seat the hangers.
- Set clearance around the rear axle, fuel tank and underbody and align the tip at the OEM exit.
- Tighten the front connection and clamps from front to rear, then start the engine and check every joint for leaks.
- Recheck the fasteners after the first complete heat cycle. Professional installation is recommended when proper lifting equipment or exhaust-service experience is unavailable.
