Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle on a lift or jack stands.
- Allow the factory exhaust system to cool completely before beginning work.
- Apply penetrating lubricant to factory exhaust hangers and clamps.
- Remove the factory exhaust section starting at the muffler hangers.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust at the mid pipe or axle-back connection point.
- Test fit the new system, aligning hangers and slip joints before tightening.
- Tighten all clamps and hangers once alignment and tip position are confirmed.
- Start the vehicle and inspect all joints for leaks, then torque to final spec.
