Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle on jack stands or a lift
- Allow the full exhaust system to cool completely before beginning
- Loosen the factory band clamp at the cat-back junction point behind the resonator
- Remove the factory hanger grommets using grommet pullers with soapy water to ease removal
- Lower and remove the factory cat-back assembly from the vehicle
- Slide the Corsa headpipe assembly inlet over the factory connection and snug the spherical clamp
- Position the muffler assembly and route the over-axle tailpipe toward the rear of the vehicle
- Insert all hangers into their corresponding factory grommet locations
- Install all supplied TORCA band clamps with the weep hole facing down
- Align the tip in the bumper cutout and pre-tighten all clamps before final torque
- Torque spherical clamp to 21 ft-lbs and all band clamps to 45 ft-lbs
- Start the engine and inspect all joints for exhaust leaks
- After a road test, allow the system to cool and re-check all clamp torque
