Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle on jack stands or a lift
- Loosen the factory clamp after the stock resonator using a 15mm deep socket
- Loosen the two 13mm flange bolts at the resonator connection
- Use grommet pullers to remove the front muffler hanger from its grommet on the 5.0L
- Slide the entire factory system rearward to free all hangers and clear the resonator connection
- Lower and remove the factory system from the vehicle
- Position the Corsa muffler assembly inlet over the resonator outlet and insert all hangers into their grommets
- Rotate the resonator so the drain hole on the rear endcap faces downward before snugging the factory clamp
- Route the tailpipe over the rear axle and seat all rear hangers into their grommets
- Insert the muffler outlet into the tailpipe inlet, install the supplied band clamp, and snug to 35 ft-lbs
- Align and position the tip assembly to the bumper cutout and torque the tip bolt to 16-20 ft-lbs
- Tighten the factory flange bolts to factory torque specification
- Inspect all clearances and clamp positions before road testing
- After initial road test, allow system to cool and re-torque all clamps
