Installation Instructions
- Safely raise the Charger on a lift or jack stands and allow the factory exhaust to cool.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust at the catalytic converter outlet flanges.
- Remove factory cat-back components from all hanger points and lower from the vehicle.
- Route and connect the Corsa mid-pipe to the converter outlets using provided hardware.
- Connect the active valve wiring harness per Corsa instructions.
- Attach the muffler assembly and secure on OEM hanger positions.
- Center the twin polished 3.5-inch tips evenly in the rear bumper openings.
- Tighten all clamps and verify hanger security.
- Start the engine, verify valve operation, and check for exhaust leaks before driving.
