Installation Instructions

- Disconnect the electrical connectors from the factory valve actuators and label them.
- Remove the factory muffler assemblies and mounting hardware.
- Remove the factory hanger grommets and transfer them to the CORSA system components.
- Install the CORSA X-pipe inlet adapters onto the factory sleeve clamps and tighten.
- Position and secure the CORSA muffler assemblies onto the hangers and X-pipe outlets.
- Reconnect the valve actuators to the CORSA valve tip assemblies and secure with the provided bolts.
- Reconnect the actuator wiring harnesses and verify a secure click into place.
- Tighten all clamps to the specified torque and verify tip alignment and centering.
- Start the engine, check for leaks, and test the active valve function before lowering the vehicle.
