Installation Overview
- Disconnect the mass airflow sensor and breather hose from the factory airbox
- Remove the three 8mm bolts securing the factory filter lid and remove the lid and filter
- Set the Corsa 459536 housing in place over the factory lower box and secure with the stock bolts
- Slide the polyethylene intake tube onto the airbox outlet using the supplied silicone coupler
- Reinstall the mass airflow sensor with supplied screws and gasket
- Connect the intake tube to the throttle body with the second silicone coupler and clamps
- Reconnect the breather hose and tighten all clamps to spec
- Start the engine and inspect for air leaks at all coupler joints
