Installation Instructions

1. Set the CT5-V to Track mode to fully open the active exhaust valves before beginning removal of the factory exhaust.

3. Apply penetrating oil to all factory exhaust clamp bolts and flange hardware. Allow to soak for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the factory OEM bezel tip from the rear bumper.
5. Trim the rear under-paneling as directed in the Corsa installation instructions to provide clearance for the new system.
6. Remove the factory cat-back exhaust system from the rear, working forward. Retain factory hangers in good condition.
7. Begin installing the Corsa 21326CF from the front connection point, loosely securing all clamps and hangers before final tightening.
8. Route all pipe sections per the Corsa instructions, confirming clearance from the undercarriage, fuel lines, and heat shields.
