Installation Instructions
- Set the CT5-V to Track mode to fully open the active exhaust valves before beginning removal of the factory exhaust.

- Apply penetrating oil to all factory exhaust clamp bolts and flange hardware. Allow to soak for 15 minutes.
- Remove the factory OEM bezel tip from the rear bumper.
- Trim the rear under-paneling as directed in the Corsa installation instructions to provide clearance for the new system.
- Remove the factory cat-back exhaust system from the rear, working forward. Retain factory hangers in good condition.
- Begin installing the Corsa 21326CF from the front connection point, loosely securing all clamps and hangers before final tightening.
- Route all pipe sections per the Corsa instructions, confirming clearance from the undercarriage, fuel lines, and heat shields.
- Install the 4 carbon fiber tips and center them in the bumper cutouts before tightening.
- Tighten all clamps to specification from front to rear. Start the engine and inspect all connection points for exhaust leaks.
