The Corsa 46557D-1 DryTech 3D Closed Box Air Intake is the dry-filter variant of Corsa's closed box intake for the new-generation 2019 to 2021 Ram 1500 DT-platform 5.7L HEMI V8. The 46557D-1 eliminates the re-oiling requirement entirely, using Corsa's DryTech 3D synthetic media filter that is washed every 50,000 miles with water and no filter oil needed. The sealed cross-linked polyethylene housing on the 46557D-1 shields the filter from engine bay heat in the same way as the oiled MaxFlow version, and the resulting performance gains are identical: up to 26 percent greater airflow, up to 11 additional horsepower, and up to 11 additional lb-ft of torque over the factory airbox. The oil-free design is also preferred by owners concerned about excess oil mist reaching the mass airflow sensor.

Installation Overview
- Disconnect the MAF sensor connector and breather hose from the factory airbox
- Remove the factory airbox lid and filter element
- Set the Corsa 46557D-1 housing in position and secure with the factory mounting hardware
- Attach the intake tube using the supplied silicone couplers and stainless steel clamps
- Reinstall the MAF sensor on the intake tube with the supplied hardware
- Reconnect all hoses and tighten all clamps to spec
- Start the engine and inspect all joints for air leaks
