Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle on jack stands or a lift
- Loosen the factory clamp connection after the stock resonator using a 15mm socket
- Remove the two 13mm bolts at the resonator flange connection without fully removing them
- Support the rear of the factory system with a jack stand
- Slide the entire factory system rearward and lower it clear of the vehicle
- Position the Corsa muffler assembly inlet over the resonator outlet and insert front hangers into their grommets
- Snug the factory clamp and position so the drain hole faces downward
- Route the tailpipe assembly over the rear axle and seat all hangers into their grommets
- Insert muffler outlet pipe into tailpipe inlet and install the supplied band clamp
- Position the tip assembly and align with the bumper cutout before snugging the tip bolt
- Torque all band clamp nuts to 45 ft-lbs and the flange bolts to factory specification
- Start the engine and inspect for exhaust leaks or rattles before road testing
- After road test, allow system to cool and re-torque all clamps
