Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle on jack stands or a lift
- Allow the exhaust to cool completely before touching any components
- Loosen the factory clamp behind the catalytic converter
- Remove the factory hanger grommets from their rubber isolators using a hanger tool and soapy water
- Slide the factory exhaust rearward and lower it clear of the vehicle
- Slide the Corsa headpipe inlet over the factory cat connection and loosely seat the clamp
- Position the muffler and insert all hangers into the corresponding factory grommet locations
- Route the over-axle tailpipe toward the rear and snap all hangers into their isolators
- Install all supplied band clamps with the weep hole facing down
- Align the 4.0-inch tip in the bumper cutout and snug all fasteners
- Torque all band clamps to 45 ft-lbs; torque the cat connection clamp to specification per instructions
- Start the engine and check all joints for exhaust leaks before road testing
- After road test, allow cooling and re-check all clamp torque
