Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle, then allow the factory exhaust to cool completely.
- Remove the two bolts securing the flange connection on the factory center pipe using a 13mm socket.
- Unbolt the muffler hanger mount and both tailpipe hanger mounts from the chassis using a 10mm socket.
- Carefully lower and remove the factory exhaust as a single assembly, moving it forward and down past the rear axle.
- Loosen the clamp on the factory center pipe using a 15mm socket to prepare for the new system.
- Align the CORSA center pipe flange and snug tighten the 13mm mounting bolts, keeping the clamp bolt accessible.
- Install the intermediate pipe assembly and muffler hanger mount, torquing the 10mm bolts to factory spec.
- Install the tailpipe and tip, adjust for clearance and alignment, then torque all clamps to 45 ft-lbs.
