Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the Tundra on jack stands or a lift
- Allow the factory exhaust to cool completely before beginning
- Loosen the factory clamp at the cat-back junction point behind the catalytic converter
- Remove all factory hanger grommets from the rubber isolators using a hanger tool and soapy water
- Slide the factory exhaust rearward and lower it clear of the truck
- Position the Corsa headpipe inlet on the factory connection point and loosely seat the clamp
- Slide the muffler into position and route the over-axle tailpipe toward the rear bumper
- Insert all hangers into the corresponding factory grommet locations
- Install all supplied band clamps with the weep holes facing downward
- Align the 4.0-inch tip in the bumper cutout and snug all fasteners before final torque
- Torque all band clamps to 45 ft-lbs using a calibrated torque wrench
- Start the engine and inspect all connection points for exhaust leaks
- After a road test, allow the system to cool and re-torque all clamps to specification
