Installation Instructions

1. Confirm the package identifies Dinan D660-0082-BLK, verify the vehicle application, and read the current Dinan instructions.
2. Allow the exhaust to cool, support the vehicle safely, and remove the factory rear underbody components specified in the guide.
3. Disconnect the factory valve actuator and release the original exhaust from its hangers and clamps.
4. Remove the factory rear muffler and resonator sections while supporting their weight.
5. Loosely assemble the Dinan X-pipe sections, muffler, clamps, and hangers in the sequence shown by Dinan.
6. Align the system for even body clearance, then tighten the supplied clamps and mounting hardware to the published specifications.
7. Reconnect the exhaust valve actuator and install the four black tips with equal projection and spacing.
8. Start the engine, check for leaks, confirm valve operation, and recheck clearance after a complete heat cycle.
