- A set of forged aluminum, lightweight calipers: with dust boot seals
- A set of carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide (C/SiC) discs: continuous fiber construction with friction layer
- A set of forged aluminum hats (6061-T6, black anodize finish) with anti-rattle float drive hardware
- A set of aluminum (7075-T6) or carbon steel (S45C) caliper brackets, with hardware (depending on application)
- A set of stainless steel braided brake lines (DOT compliant), with hardware
- A set of C2 street/light-track compound formulated specifically for RCCBS (Not suitable for track use)
Rotora® introduces the latest version of Carbon-Ceramic Brake System (RCCBS), using an all-new innovative continuous fiber construction technique to ensure a significant reduction in rotational mass and uncompromised fade-free performance under all extreme driving conditions. With an improved Carbon Fiber Reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) formulation, Rotora®’s new innovative material further decreases thermal expansion, increases resistance to wear and operating life of the discs to many times that of conventional equivalents. RCCBS is designed exclusively for production-based vehicles including Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Range Rover, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan GT-R, Porsche, and many more to come. Rotora®’s latest exotic brake system is composed with 4, 6, or 8-piston lightweight-forged caliper configurations. Carbon-Ceramic disc sizes include 355mm (14”), 380mm (15”), or 405mm (16”) versions.

Rotora® forged aluminum 2, 4, 6 or 8-piston calipers with sequentially sized piston bore sizes engineered to each specific vehicle and to minimize pad taper wear for longer pad life.

All Rotora® calipers are fully forged (2024-T6) for optimal strength, stiffness and light weight.

High temperature dust boots are included to reduce caliper maintenance.

Rotora® two-piece constructed billet 7075-T6 forged aluminum hat to reduce heat related stress and unsprung weight.

Rotora® Anti-Rattle Float Drive Hardware for two-piece discs systems to allow discs to expand and contract under extreme usage.

Rotora® 1 or 2-piece directional vented (heat treated) discs to increase airflow/cooling under severe braking. Slotted or drilled oversize discs up to 16” (405 x 36mm) to ensure increase thermal capacity while relieving the disc and brake pad surface free of excess debris. All discs are coated with anti-corrosion zinc plating as added rust protection.
