Install Instructions
- Raise the vehicle safely and support it on jack stands. Remove the rear wheels.
- Support the rear lower control arm to relieve tension before removing bolts.
- Remove the rear lower control arm bolts and lower the arm from the vehicle.
- Press the original rubber bushings out of the control arm housing using a shop press.
- Clean the housing bores thoroughly and remove any rust or debris.
- Apply the included Energy Suspension lubricant to the bushing exterior and housing bore.
- Press the new polyurethane bushings into the housing until fully seated.
- Reinstall the control arm and torque all fasteners to the Toyota specification with the suspension at ride height.
- Repeat for the opposite side.
- Reinstall wheels and schedule a four-wheel alignment check.
