Installation Instructions

- Remove the mounting clamp bolts and lower the clamps away from the bar.
- Slide the original rubber bushings off the sway bar.
- Clean the sway bar contact area and clamp inner surfaces with a clean rag.
- Apply the provided grease to the inner bore of each Hyper-Flex bushing.
- Slide the new polyurethane bushings onto the sway bar at the factory mounting locations.
- Install the zerk fittings into each bushing if not pre-installed.
- Reinstall the mounting clamps and torque the bolts to OEM specification.
- Inject additional grease through the zerk fittings until grease just begins to emerge from the bushing edges.
- Lower the vehicle and verify that no components contact the sway bar through the full steering sweep.
