Install Instructions
- Park on a level surface and disconnect the vehicle batteries.
- Drain the engine coolant and remove the air intake horn and factory upper radiator hose.
- Remove the fan shroud bracket and release tension on the serpentine belt to remove it.
- Install the high pressure fitting into the OE pump and mount the Fleece dual CP3 bracket to the front cover.
- Install the idler pulley, spacer and second CP3 pump onto the bracket.
- Connect the fuel distribution block, pump-to-pump line and dual pump controller harness.
- Route the new belt, reinstall the tensioner and refill the coolant system.
- Start the engine and check for leaks before returning the truck to service.
