Installation Overview

1. Assemble G38 or GXR38 supercore with oil and coolant fittings before mating the turbine housing
2. Connect V-Band inlet to the V-Band exhaust manifold outlet using the included inlet V-Band clamp, rotating turbo to desired position before fully tightening
3. Torque inlet clamp to specification to ensure a leak-free seal under thermal cycling
4. Connect V-Band turbine outlet to downpipe using the included outlet V-Band clamp
5. Install external wastegate to the exhaust manifold dump port or housing dump
6. Prime oil feed line before first start and purge coolant circuit
7. Complete idle break-in prior to boost operation
