The GSC Power Division Ford Mustang 5.0L Coyote Gen 1/2 32.75mm Head (+1mm) Super Alloy Exhaust Valve - Set of 8 is a valves for an engine platform that requires exact vehicle and cylinder-head confirmation. Match manufacturer part number 2157-8, engine code, cylinder-head configuration, dimensions, position, material, and package quantity before ordering.
Key Features
- +1mm Extended Length: 106.95mm overall length prevents coil bind with cams over 12.5mm lift while maintaining stock geometry.
- 32.75mm Head Diameter: Matches Coyote exhaust ports for increased flow volume without shrouding the valve.
- 7.00mm Stem Diameter: OEM-spec size ensures drop-in fit with factory guides and seals.
- Super Alloy Material: Forged Inconel X-750 construction resists extreme exhaust temperatures over 1600°F and provides fatigue resistance for turbo or supercharged setups.
- Swirl Polished and Stellite Tipped: Enhances flow velocity and protects seating surface against wear during high-mileage track use.
- One-piece forged design eliminates stem-to-head failure common in multi-piece valves.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do these valves or guides install without machining?
Machining requirements depend on the exact cylinder head, component dimensions, oversize specification, and measured wear. A qualified machine shop should inspect and size the parts before assembly.
How do I confirm intake versus exhaust compatibility?
Match the exact GSC part number, position, stem and head dimensions, material, guide size, seal type, and package quantity. Intake and exhaust parts should not be interchanged without explicit GSC guidance.
What clearances must be checked during cylinder-head assembly?
Measure valve-to-guide clearance, installed height, retainer-to-seal clearance, coil bind, valve-to-piston clearance when applicable, and every current GSC and service-manual specification.
Installation Instructions
Follow current GSC Power Division instructions and the vehicle service manual for part number 2157-8. Have a qualified engine builder inspect the cylinder head and mating components, perform required machining, measure every specified clearance, verify timing and free movement, and use the correct lubrication, fasteners, torque procedures, and clean assembly practices before startup.
