Installation Instructions

1. Safely lift the vehicle and support it on jack stands at all four corners. Remove all four wheels.
2. Using a spring compressor, compress each factory spring before removing the strut assembly or spring perch. Never remove a spring without a compressor.
3. Remove the factory spring from the strut assembly or subframe perch, noting the orientation of the spring end isolators.
4. Transfer the factory spring seat isolators, bump stops, and dust boots to the new H&R 50317 spring set.
5. Install the H&R 50317 springs onto the strut assembly or spring perch with the spring ends properly seated in the lower and upper perch grooves.
6. Reinstall the strut assembly or perch hardware to factory torque specifications.
7. Reinstall all four wheels and torque lug bolts to factory specification.
