Installation Instructions
- Safely raise the vehicle and support on jack stands at the rear jacking points.
- Remove the rear wheels for better access to the rear suspension and sway bar mounting locations.
- Disconnect the factory rear sway bar end links from both sides of the sway bar.
- Remove the rear sway bar mounting bracket hardware and lower the factory rear sway bar.
- Install the Teflon-lined polyurethane bushings onto the H&R 71426 sway bar at the factory mounting positions.
- Position the H&R 71426 into the rear mounting location and install the brackets.
- Select the desired end link mounting hole on each end of the sway bar. Connect the factory end links.
- Torque all fasteners to factory specification.
- Reinstall the rear wheels and lower the vehicle.
- Test drive and verify no noise from the rear sway bar area before returning to normal use.
