ICON 21-23 Ford F150 4WD 2.7in To 3.5in Stage 1 Suspension System
ICON Stage 1 Suspension System upgrades 2021-2023 Ford F-150 4WD trucks with 2.7 to 3.5 inches of front lift using bolt-on Delta Joint PRO upper control arms and 2.0 Performance Series shocks front and rear. This kit combines factory-style ball joint durability with motorsports-level strength and 90 degrees of articulation for bind-free movement across full suspension travel. Built for daily driving and off-road demands, it includes tubular steel UCAs, front coilover shocks, and rear extended travel shocks.

- Delta Joint PRO Upper Control Arms: Patented joint with chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55, 56 percent more bearing surface, graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and rebuildable design for component replacement without buying a new joint
- 90 Degrees Articulation: 14 percent more range of motion than original Delta Joint for maximum suspension travel without binding, enabling full droop to compression
- 2.0 Performance Series Front Coilovers (52004): Threaded spring preload adjusters for 2.7-3.5in lift height, internal valving for balanced ride on and off pavement, uses factory mount locations
- 2.0 Performance Series Rear Shocks (52021): Aluminum body with 2.0in diameter for heat dissipation, extended travel lengths match front lift, velocity-sensitive damping
- Tubular Steel UCAs (58547DJ): Lighter and stronger than OEM cast arms, correct caster alignment for lifted setups, greaseable and serviceable
