Installation Instructions

1. Safely lift the vehicle and support it on jackstands at a stable chassis location with the front wheels hanging free.
2. Remove the factory front wheels and tires to gain access to the upper and lower coilover mounting points.
3. Disconnect and label any brake lines, ABS wires, or CDEV wiring harness connectors attached to the factory shock.
4. Support the lower control arm with a floor jack to prevent it from dropping suddenly when the factory coilover is unbolted.
5. Remove the factory coilover upper mount hardware at the shock tower and lower mount hardware at the lower control arm.
6. Extract the factory coilover from the shock tower and set aside.
7. Set the ICON coilover spring preload to the desired lift height per the included ICON instructions before installation.
8. Install the ICON coilover into the shock tower, aligning the upper mount to the factory bolt pattern, and hand-tighten the upper hardware.
9. Seat the lower mount into the lower control arm bracket and hand-tighten the lower hardware.
10. Route and connect the remote reservoir line and CDEV wiring per the included instructions; secure all lines away from heat sources and moving components.
11. Torque all hardware to ICON's specified values with the suspension at ride height (simulate load by bouncing the front end before final torque).
