It replaces the factory air filter and intake tube with a roto-molded HDPE tube and oversized high-flow oiled cotton filter for guaranteed horsepower and torque gains. A custom heat shield keeps intake air cool while the washable filter needs service only every 100000 miles under highway conditions.
