The K&N Typhoon air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and housing on 2015-2021 Subaru WRX 2.0L Turbo models with a mandrel-bent aluminum tube and high-flow cone filter. It reduces airflow restriction to deliver more air for stronger power and quicker acceleration across the RPM range while adding aggressive deeper engine sound on throttle. A heat shield mounts in the stock airbox location directing cool air straight to the turbo inlet.
