K&N 69-6000TR Typhoon Short Ram Intake System for 1999-2005 Mazda Miata MX-5
The K&N 69-6000TR Typhoon air intake system replaces the factory air filter and housing on 1999-2005 Mazda Miata MX-5 models with a mandrel-bent aluminum tube and high-flow filter. This design reduces airflow restriction to deliver more air to the engine for increased power and acceleration across the RPM range. The red powder-coated intake tube directs air straight to the throttle body while accommodating mass air flow sensor air temperature sensor and crankcase vent hose.
