The KC HiLiTES 7219 is a 4-inch round ABS plastic stone guard designed to snap directly onto KC HiLiTES 4-inch Rally 400 series lights. The KC 7219 is built from high-impact ABS plastic in black with a white KC logo and protects the Rally 400 lens from rock strikes, trail debris, and brush contact during off-road use. The 7219 installs with a simple snap-in-place fit requiring no tools and no hardware, and is removed just as easily when you need full light output on the trail or road. Sold individually. Each purchase includes one 7219 stone guard. Order two for a pair of Rally 400 lights.

The KC 7219 is molded specifically for the KC HiLiTES 4-inch Rally 400 series lights. KC HiLiTES makes separate stone guards for their 5-inch Apollo (7217), 6-inch Daylighter and SlimLite (7210), and 8-inch Rally series. Do not assume the 7219 will snap correctly onto other KC light sizes or models.
How does the KC HiLiTES 7219 install?
The 7219 uses a snap-in-place design that clips directly onto the housing of the KC 4-inch Rally 400 light with no tools required. Align the guard to the front of the light housing and press evenly until it seats with a snap. It can be removed by gently prying from the edge.
How many 7219 stone guards do I need for a pair of Rally 400 lights?
The KC HiLiTES 7219 is sold individually, one stone guard per purchase. Order two units to protect a complete pair of Rally 400 lights.
Does the KC HiLiTES 7219 reduce light output when installed?

Install Instructions
Confirm the KC HiLiTES 7219 is the correct guard for your KC 4-inch Rally 400 light before attempting installation. With the Rally 400 light mounted, align the 7219 guard centered over the light lens. Press evenly and firmly around the perimeter of the guard until it clicks into the snap-fit channels on the Rally 400 housing. No tools are required. To remove, gently pry from the edge of the guard. Do not force the guard if it does not seat correctly, confirm the guard is the correct size for your specific KC light model.
