Kooks 3-Inch Stainless Steel Male Ball Flange for Ball & Socket Exhaust Systems
The Kooks 7106S-MALE 3-inch male ball flange is the factory-spec replacement or custom fabrication component for all Kooks 3-inch ball-and-socket exhaust connections, precision CNC-machined from T304 stainless steel with a smooth radius ball that mates perfectly with the Kooks 7106S-FEMALE socket (sold separately) for 15° of articulation in any direction while maintaining a leak-free seal under extreme heat and vibration.
Designed for header collector to mid-pipe or any 3-inch slip-fit joint, this male ball flange welds directly to 3-inch OD tubing and accepts the high-temperature graphite gasket and heavy-duty Torca band clamp from the full 7106S kit. The 3/8-inch thick flange face with 3-bolt pattern ensures maximum strength and perfect alignment for 1,000+ HP applications.
