Fitment
Designed for the 1991-1992 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80 equipped with the 4.0L 3F-E inline-6 engine. Use the OE-style routing for direct bolt-in fitment with no welding required.
Installation Instructions
- Park the Land Cruiser on a level surface, allow the exhaust system to cool, then chock the wheels and safely raise and support the chassis.
- Spray penetrating lubricant on all factory exhaust clamps, hanger isolators, and flange bolts, then allow it to soak.
- Disconnect the stock exhaust at the inlet flange behind the catalytic converter.
- Free the OE muffler and pipe assembly from each rubber chassis isolator and lower the system from the truck.
- Lay out the 106-0360 components on the ground in the order shown in the supplied diagram.
- Position the new inlet pipe against the cat flange using the supplied gasket and hardware, leaving the fasteners finger tight.
- Install each pipe section in sequence, sliding the supplied clamps over every connection point.
- Engage each hanger into the factory rubber chassis isolators.
- Align the muffler and tailpipe for proper clearance from the body, fuel tank, and rear axle.
- Working from front to back, torque the inlet flange to OE specification, then tighten each clamp evenly.
- Start the engine, inspect every joint for leaks, lower the vehicle, and road test.
