The Mishimoto M22 Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate installs between your oil filter and housing on vehicles with M22 x 1.5 center bolt oil filters including Subaru WRX STI Impreza BMW M3 M4 Porsche GT3. Crafted from lightweight 6061 aluminum this high-flow plate adds an external oil cooler while the integrated thermostat blocks flow until oil hits 185 F for quicker warmup and cold climate protection. Select 160 F 185 F or 200 F thermostats to dial in your engine's ideal operating temperature.
