For those who aren't interested in digging into the depths of tuning their engine, eFlexPlus offers an easy solution. eFlexApp allows you to choose from three driving modes: Eco, Dynamic and Sport. Benefit fully from the performance of high-octane E85.

With the help of eFlexPlus, you can fine-tune your engine running on ethanol fuel. You can change the air-fuel-mixture at different RPM levels to improve engine performance and economy. Take full advantage of increased engine performance.
Fully adjustable cold start
Automatic cold start technology adjusts the engine start-up based on the fuel ethanol content and engine temperature. Fine-tune the start-up settings with 5 pre-sets in eFlexApp, or fully personalize and save custom profiles with eFlexTuner software.
eFlexApp
eFlexApp can monitor your eFlexPlus device in real time. Choose from between three separate driving modes (Economy, Dynamic, Sport) and monitor the ethanol content, engine RPM, fuel temperature, engine temperature, injector duty cycle, injector activity and cold enrichment.
Adjust the RPM based enrichment with the driving mode selection (save the custom driving mode setting created with eFlexTuner software) and cold enrichment (save the custom setting created with eFlexTuner software)

Flex Fuel Sensors
Flex fuel ethanol content sensors are the critical measurement device in any flex fuel conversion, reading the ethanol percentage in the fuel flowing through the line in real time and providing a signal to the engine management system that allows dynamic adjustment of injection duration, ignition timing, and boost targets as fuel composition changes from pure gasoline through any E85 blend. The most common sensor type used in performance flex fuel conversions is the Continental or Delphi inline sensor, which measures ethanol content through a frequency output signal that rises from approximately 50 Hz for pure gasoline to approximately 150 Hz for pure ethanol, providing a linear and accurate signal across the full blend range.
