Installation Instructions
- Raise and support the front of the truck, then remove the front wheels.
- Remove the factory caliper, bracket, and rotor from each front hub.
- Install the EPBB module per the included wiring instructions to maintain electronic parking brake function.
- Install the included S45C caliper bracket onto the factory hub using the provided hardware.
- Mount the new 365x36mm 2-piece rotor onto the hub.
- Install the RG614 caliper and included HD graphite-metallic pads onto the bracket.
- Connect the new stainless steel braided brake line to the caliper and existing hard line.
- Bleed the brake system at each caliper until fluid runs clear of air, then reinstall the wheels and torque to spec.
