Installation Instructions
- Raise and support the rear of the truck, then remove the rear wheels.
- Remove the factory caliper, bracket, and rotor from each rear hub.
- Install the included S45C caliper bracket onto the factory hub using the provided hardware.
- Mount the new 355x32mm 2-piece rotor onto the hub.
- Install the RG403 caliper and included HD graphite-metallic pads onto the bracket.
- Connect the new stainless steel braided brake line to the caliper and existing hard line.
- Bleed the brake system at each caliper until fluid runs clear of air.
- Reinstall the wheels, torque to spec, and bed in the new pads with gradual stops before normal driving.
