Raxiom SD3621 replaces both factory headlights on the 2011 to 2016 Ford Super Duty with a sealed LED projector assembly in a chrome housing behind a clear lens. Each unit carries an LED projector low beam, an LED accent bar along the lower edge of the lens and an amber corner section, and the housings plug into the factory harness connector so the wiring is untouched.

The assemblies mount at the factory headlight positions and use the original connector. Trucks fitted with the factory high intensity discharge headlight package should have the existing connector checked before the original units are removed.

Two assemblies are supplied, one for each side, so the truck is done in a single purchase.
Does the factory wiring need to be modified?No. Each assembly uses the original headlight connector, so the plug from the truck goes straight into the new housing.
What does the LED bar along the lens do?It is an accent strip that gives the truck a distinct light signature. The projector element behind it is what produces the driving beam.
Will these fit an F-350 as well as an F-250?Yes. Both Super Duty models share the headlight opening and mounting points across these model years.
Do the headlights need aiming after installation?Yes. The vertical and horizontal aim should be set against a wall or by a shop so the beam pattern is legal and does not dazzle other drivers.
Is the amber section a turn signal or a marker?The amber corner section handles the front indicator and marker function that the factory housing also carried.
Can the housings be opened to change a bulb?The projector and accent lighting are integrated LED elements in a sealed assembly, so there is no serviceable bulb behind the lens.
Will a warning light appear on the dash?Some vehicles monitor lighting circuits and can react to a change in current draw. The circuit behaviour should be checked after fitting and before the truck is driven at night.
How should the lenses be cared for?Wash them with a soft cloth and a pH neutral soap. Abrasive polishes and solvent based cleaners will haze the lens surface.
