Installation Notes
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning the headlight swap.
- For TJ models, remove the headlight retaining ring screws from each side. For JK models, open the hood and remove the headlight assembly fasteners.
- Pull the factory headlight assembly forward from the housing and unplug the factory wiring connector from the back.
- Connect the Raxiom RAXJ178741 wiring connector to the factory plug on both sides.
- Seat the new headlight assembly into the housing pocket and reinstall the retaining ring or fasteners.
- Reconnect the battery and test both headlights for low beam, high beam, DRL, and turn signal function.
- Perform a beam alignment check and adjust beam aim with the headlight adjustment screws as needed.
