Installation Notes

1. Unpack the cover; do not remove protective films until after installation is complete.
2. Attach the side rails to the storage canister using the provided 10-32 x 7/16in screws, guiding the rolling cover into the rail channels.
3. With a helper, lift the assembled canister and cover unit and set the front seal against the bulkhead of the truck bed.
4. Position the side rails square on the bed rails and install the clamp-on bed rail clamps front and rear using a 9/16in wrench.
5. Verify the rails are parallel within plus or minus 1/16 inch tolerance using the adjustment screws as needed.
6. Check that the rolling cover and front cover operate without binding and that the tailgate opens and closes freely.
7. Insert drain tubes into the canister drain ports, routing the opposite ends through existing factory drain holes in the truck bed.
8. Remove all protective films, test the latch and lock operation, and allow 24 to 48 hours of break-in for smooth operation.
