Installation Instructions
- Safely raise the rear of the vehicle and support it on jack stands at the frame rails. Do not support by the rear axle housing during installation.
- Place a floor jack under the rear axle to provide support and allow controlled movement during installation.
- Identify the correct bracket set for your vehicle: 1965-1966 or 1967-1970.
- Install the frame brackets at the designated mounting points on each frame rail. Snug fasteners only at this stage.
- Slide the low-friction frame bushings into the frame brackets and position the sway bar through them.
- Attach the axle brackets to the rear axle housing using the supplied U-bolts. Snug only at this stage.
- Connect the spherical end links between the sway bar ends and the axle brackets. Ensure all rod ends are properly threaded and seated.
