Installation Instructions
- Identify the installed RockJock Antirock arms and confirm they are not JT Gladiator rear arms before disassembly.
- Verify the package label and manufacturer part number CE-99005A-BDL-2P, then compare every new washer, retention bolt, pinch bolt, and nut with the removed hardware.
- Support the vehicle safely and unload the sway bar according to the applicable RockJock Antirock installation instructions.
- Service one arm connection at a time so the opposite side helps preserve arm position and link orientation.
- Remove the existing finish washer and Allen retention bolt, then remove the pinch bolt and nut without damaging the arm or torsion-bar splines.
- Inspect the arm bore, pinch slot, torsion-bar end threads, splines, and surrounding components; replace damaged components instead of masking wear with new hardware.
- Install the correct new finish washer and flat-head Allen bolt at the torsion-bar end, using thread locker only where the applicable RockJock instructions specify it.
- Install the new Grade 8 pinch bolt and matching nyloc nut in the original orientation, then tighten all hardware to the specification for the installed Antirock kit.
- Repeat the process at the remaining arm locations, verify equal arm positioning, and inspect clearance and end-link alignment through suspension travel.
- Recheck hardware torque after the initial service interval and during routine suspension inspections.
