Installation Instructions

- Support the vehicle and axle safely and unload the leaf spring.
- Remove the old plate and inspect the spring center pin, axle seat, and U-bolts.
- Install the sway bar studs in the required orientation.
- Center the boxed plate over the two-inch spring and axle seat.
- Install application-rated U-bolts and tighten them evenly in a cross pattern to the applicable specification.
- Cycle the suspension, verify clearances, and re-torque U-bolts after the initial service interval.
