Installation Instructions
- Support the Jeep and axles safely, then remove one spring eye at a time so the axle and spring pack remain controlled.
- Remove the old rubber bushings and clean the spring eyes without enlarging or damaging the bores.
- Assemble the urethane bushings and sleeves, orient each bolt's zerk fitting outward, and place one washer under the bolt head and one under the nut.
- Tighten each main-eye bolt to 90 ft-lb as specified in the current RockJock instructions.
- Lubricate with non-synthetic multipurpose chassis grease or moly lube, recheck torque after 100 miles, and inspect periodically.
