Install Instructions

1. Chock rear wheels and engage the parking brake. Turn the steering wheel to point wheels straight forward.
2. Attach the two supplied straight studs to the center axle bracket tab hole mounts.
3. Mount the center axle bracket to the front axle housing using the supplied U-bolts. Snug but do not fully tighten yet.
4. Position the passenger-side tie rod bracket on top of the tie rod. Attach with U-bolts.
5. Repeat for the driver-side tie rod bracket.
6. Install a washer and poly stem bushing on the shaft end of each stabilizer cylinder. Attach to the tie rod bracket and tighten until the bushing begins to swell slightly.
7. Extend each stabilizer shaft halfway out. Torque center axle bracket U-bolts to 30 ft-lbs. Torque tie rod bracket U-bolts to 240 in-lbs.
8. Cycle the steering lock to lock and confirm adequate clearance. After the first 100 miles, re-check all hardware torque values.
