Solo Performance Ultra High Flow Converter Ford Mustang V6 2015-2022
All of us at Solo Performance are proud to announce that we have our 2015-Present V6 Mustang Ultra High Flow Converters tested and ready for sale. These are a full stainless steel converter/flex-pipe assembly that have all stainless welds, O2 bungs, flanges, etc. It has been a long testing process to get these cats right in both sound quality and the elimination of engine lights. We currently have 3 test cars out there that all have over 1000 miles on them with no engine light issues. Solo used their 200 cell ultra high flow converters for this application and they are rated to 6.2L of cleaning ability per side.
One of the great benefits of the Solo 200 cell High Flow Catalytic Converters is not just the added flow (stock Ford Mustang converters are 600 cell) but the deepening and enhancement of the exhaust note. When used with the Solo Mach-XJ cat-back exhaust kit, the Solo High Flow Converters increase the exhaust note volume by approximately 35 percent. The increase in volume is all good, it doesn't bring in any drone or bad rpm ranges into the equation. The cats slightly deepen and richen the exhaust note along with increasing the volume.

- Converters are far overrated for the car, at 6.2L per side. That's 12.4L of cleaning ability
- Includes a stainless steel 3/8" thick front flange
- All pipes, O2 bungs, and welds are stainless steel
- Heavy duty inner-lock flex pipe is used
- These converters are not CARB certified for the V6 Mustang, but they do pass all emissions and keep the CEL light off
- They are technically for off road use only
- Each converter assembly is about 4 feet long. It goes from the manifold to the first cat-back connection
- No CEL or engine lights to date!
