This cam nut installs on the toe link bolt of GM Theta platform vehicles to change rear toe or camber by plus or minus 1 degree. Pair it with a cam nut on the camber link for combined adjustments. Most vehicles arrive with a cam nut on the camber link only so this part completes the setup on the toe link.
