Precision Rear Toe Adjustment for Toyota GR Supra and BMW Z4 on the G29 Platform
The SPL RTA G29 Rear Toe Links are designed for the 2020+ Toyota GR Supra and 2019+ BMW Z4, along with the full G20/G21/G22/G23/G24 3 Series and 4 Series lineup and the G42 2 Series coupe. Factory rear toe links on these platforms use rubber bushings that compress under lateral load, allowing toe to shift mid-corner and upsetting balance at the limit. The SPL RTA G29 replaces that compliance with gun-drilled 2024 aluminum links, 6061-T6 aluminum rotating clamps, and 3-piece PTFE-lined FK rod ends manufactured in Connecticut. The rotating clamp system eliminates jam nuts entirely: loosen the Allen fasteners, rotate the center link to your target toe reading, and re-tighten. No second wrench needed, no toe drift after the alignment bay.

Does the SPL RTA G29 include eccentric lockout washers?
The SPL RTA G29 is the toe links-only version. SPL offers the combined kit with lockout washers as the SPL RTAEL G29, which prevents the adjustment from walking on the alignment rack or during hard track use. The lockout hardware is strongly recommended for competition applications.
What chassis generations does this kit cover?
These links fit the Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91), BMW Z4 (G29), BMW 3 Series (G20/G21), BMW 4 Series (G22/G23/G24), and BMW 2 Series (G42). All share the same rear subframe toe link mounting geometry derived from the shared BMW CLAR platform.
How does the rotating clamp work without jam nuts?
The 360-degree rotating collar slides over the threaded center link. Once the desired length is set on the alignment rack, two Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Allen bolts clamp down on the collar, locking length without requiring a second person to hold a jam nut.
Will these work on a GR Supra running aftermarket suspension?
Yes. These links are compatible with all coilover systems fitted to the GR Supra and Z4 platform. The adjustment range is sufficient to dial in toe on vehicles with significant ride height reduction.
What is the temperature rating of the FK rod end liner?

Torque both the subframe-side and knuckle-side fasteners to the OEM specification for your specific model year. For most G-series models, the rear toe link bolt torques to approximately 100 Nm (74 ft-lbs). Always verify against the BMW or Toyota service documentation for your vehicle.
Installation Instructions
- Lift the vehicle and support safely on jack stands; support the rear knuckle to prevent droop.
- Remove the OEM rear toe link bolts at both the subframe end and the knuckle end.
- Measure or photograph the OEM link length to use as a baseline starting point for the SPL RTA G29.
- Thread the SPL RTA G29 into both mounting locations and hand-tighten only at this stage.
- Torque both fasteners to OEM specification (refer to your vehicle's service manual).
- Reinstall the wheel and lower the vehicle to the ground.
- Proceed to a four-wheel alignment. At the alignment rack, loosen the rotating clamp Allen bolts, adjust the center link to the target toe value, and re-tighten the clamps firmly.
