The result is repeatable alignment, reduced bushing deflection and added bumpsteer adjustment.

A professional four-wheel alignment is required after installation. SPL Parts specifies 75 ft-lb at the chassis end and 40 ft-lb at the knuckle/rotor-end top nut. Do not use an impact gun or overtighten the rod-end hardware. Follow the current manufacturer instructions supplied with the kit.
