Installation Instructions

  1. Safely lift and support the rear of the vehicle on jack stands with the suspension at ride height (do not let the suspension hang free).
  2. Remove the OEM rear swaybar endlink upper and lower bolts using the appropriate metric socket.
  3. Note the OEM endlink length for reference during initial SPL RE JSN length setup.
  4. Thread the SPL RE JSN endlink to approximately OEM length using the turnbuckle body, ensuring equal thread engagement on both rod ends.
  5. Install the upper stud into the sway bar mounting hole and hand-thread the factory nut or supplied hardware.
  6. Install the lower stud into the lower control arm mounting point using the supplied aluminum spacers and Grade 10.9 bolts.
  7. With the suspension loaded at ride height, adjust the turnbuckle length until the sway bar lever arm is level (parallel to ground) and there is no preload on the bar.
  8. Torque all hardware to factory specification for the lower control arm bolt, and tighten the jam nuts securely against the turnbuckle body.
  9. Repeat for the opposite side, then lower the vehicle and verify the sway bar is sitting level side to side before driving.
