Installation Instructions
- Raise and safely support the vehicle, then remove the wheels to access the front and rear suspension.
- Remove the factory struts and springs following BMW's recommended disassembly procedure, using a spring compressor as needed.
- Install the front ST X coilover struts into the factory mounting points and torque all hardware to BMW specification.
- Install the rear ST X coilover struts with springs into the factory mounting points and torque all hardware to BMW specification.
- Set the initial ride height using the threaded strut adjustment, keeping front and rear settings within the certified range.
- Reinstall the wheels, lower the vehicle, and torque wheel bolts to BMW specification.
- Have the vehicle professionally aligned before returning it to regular driving.
