Installation Instructions
- Raise and support the vehicle, and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the factory exhaust manifolds/headers.
- Install O2 sensor extensions on the driver and passenger rear sensors.
- Apply RTV sealant to the mating side of each header flange.
- Install headers using the supplied bolt kit, including the spacer on the driver side front bolt.
- Install the high-flow catalytic converters to the header outlets using the supplied clamps.
- Connect the Y-pipe to the factory exhaust connection point and tighten all clamps.
- Torque all fasteners to specification and inspect for leaks.
